Reflexology is a form of complementary medicine using the body’s own healing ability. It involves a method of massage to reflex areas found in the feet and hands. Reflex points correspond to all organs in the body, helping to alleviate many conditions such as: stress, sinus problems, headaches, and digestive disorders.
